2. Applications a. Stall Holders: Applications for stalls must be submitted via our website. The festival reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation. b. Print Activity Providers: Those wishing to offer print-related activities must submit an application. The festival does not guarantee approval and may request additional information before confirming participation. c. Fees and Cancellations: Any fees associated with stall rental or activity participation must be paid in full upon acceptance. Stall holders may cancel their stall up to 4 weeks before the festival date for a full refund.
3. Merchandise Sales a. The Printed festival operates an online store for the sale of merchandise. b. All transactions must be completed through the designated payment methods on our website. c. Unauthorized use of the festival’s branding on merchandise is prohibited.
4. Print Directory a. The Printed Festival maintains a directory of print-related businesses and individuals who have previously worked with us. b. If you wish to have your details updated or removed from the directory, please contact us at info@theprinthaus.org
5. Event Attendance and Media Usage a. By attending the Printed Festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed. b. Images and videos taken during the Festival may be used for promotional, social media, and publicity purposes. c. If you do not wish to be featured in media, please inform the Printed Festival organizers in advance.
6. Liability and Insurance a. The Printed Festival is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal or business property. b. All stallholders and activity providers must have appropriate insurance coverage for their participation.
7. Conduct and Compliance a. Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. b. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate by the festival organizers may result in expulsion without refund.
8. Amendments to Terms the Festival reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website.
